Creche
Sunday Creche
We spend the first 20 minutes or so together in our services. After that time together, we spread out around the site to different ministries which are designed to cater for different age groups.
The Creche is provided in the Lounge Room (first room on the left at the bottom of the stairs), where 2 volunteers provide a safe and fun place for pre-school aged children. There are normally 2-4 children there, and parents are welcome either to stay in the Lounge with their child(ren) and the team, where there is a loudspeaker that relays what’s happening in the service, or they can return to the Sanctuary and re-join the service.
Children will be brought back up to the service at around 11:40, just before the service ends… or if your little one is struggling to settle, we might come and get you during the service.
Helen Appah leads our creche team; please do let Andrew know if you’d like her to get in touch with you, or if you have any further questions about our creche or any specific needs to discuss.
Children
Sunday Primary School Aged Children’s Ministry
We spend the first 20 minutes or so all together in our services. After that time together, we spread out around the site to different ministries which are designed to cater for different age groups.
A group for Primary School aged children (4-10 years old) is provided in the Conference Room (straight in front of you when you turn right off the corridor from the Sanctuary), where 2 volunteers provide a safe and fun place for Primary School aged children. There are normally 8-10 children there, where the session is spent finding out more about God and growing in our relationship with Him through looking at the Bible, playing games, doing crafts and sharing group discussions.
Children will be brought back into the service at around 11:40, just before the service ends… or if your child is struggling to settle or needs you during the service, we might come and get you, or bring your little one to you!
Anna Mitchell leads our primary school Children’s ministry; please do let Andrew know if you’d like her to get in touch with you, if there were any further questions about our Primary School aged Children’s Ministry, or specific needs you wished to discuss.
